Luis Aguilar 25 years old has been dancing seven years & Shirley Amador 21 years old has been dancing 5 years and full time salsa only one year. Both of their dance background has been ballet, jazz, latin ballroom & afro cuba. Shirley has various dance backgrounds.

Luis has won first place amateur 2007 Mayan Salsa Competition. He then competed for the professional division with previous ex dance partner, Liz Lira. Luis & Shirley have recently partnered up and have been dancing for the past five months. In between that time they've won three competition. A second place at Monsoon Cafe. Luis currently directs and Shirley co-direct their salsa dance team Tropical Rhythm. In which they hold a first place on the best salsa team in Los Angeles at the 2008 Mayan Salsa Team Competition. They also hold a first place competition on a national TV show "Sabado Gigante" on Univision. They plan to work and compete for plenty more competitions and mark their names through GODS gift.
